However, there has been the challenge of manual loading and unloading, which is labor-intensive. Tak-Auto has successfully automated the loading and unloading processes, eliminating the need for dangerous and strenuous manual labor. With an innovative mechanism, it can continuously accept products and synchronize with upstream and downstream production equipment. ◆Reasons for Selection Automating the loading and unloading of products contributes to labor-saving at the site. By opening and closing plates one level at a time, it automates the simultaneous loading of new trays and unloading of frozen trays while freezing other levels. This eliminates the need for stacking and unloading tasks, contributing to labor-saving at the site. Additionally, the removal of transport routes for product carts enhances safety at the site.
